I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX, after owning a 2008 Volvo XC70 for almost 4 yrs. Prior to the Volvo, I owned a Cadillac CTS also purchased through Harvey Cadillac. Sadly, my Volvo experience was not a good one! The car handled wonderful in the snow and was nice to drive, however the repairs were numerous, expensive (a thousand+ dollars each of the 6 times the car was serviced) and our local Volvo service department while friendly, didn't hold a candle to the level of care/professionalism I received at Harvey Cadillac. The last straw for the Volvo brand was a 1300.00 price tag for a new A/C compressor and no effort from the new car sales team to negotiate a price on a new Volvo. Angry and Frustrated I immediately drove to Harvey Cadillac, broken Volvo and all! I remembered my previous purchase with Becky and the Harvey team to be exceptional and fair. As soon as the front doors of the dealership opened Becky greeted me by name, with a smile and a hug! How impressive is that after 4 years! I drove home with a "test" SRX, the next day I attended a friends funeral, returned to Harvey Cadillac, discussed a fare price and purchased the car the following day. If you think this story is long I apologize, there's one more good point worth mentioning, When I picked up my new SRX the owner's manual had the service departments business card next to Becky's, the name on it, Brad. The terrific guy who always had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped off my old car for service ( Please keep that program, busy schedules are impossible to juggle if you don't have a car while its being worked on) Brad is amazing, organized and always kept me apprized of when my car was ready to be picked up... cleaner then when I dropped it off too! and I'm OCD about a clean car! Harvey Cadillac serviced my previously...
Harvey Cadillac serviced my previously owned Cadillac for more than eight years. The Service staff was outstanding. As my car aged, I began to look at the new line of cars. I was never pressured to purchase a car as sales staff reminded me that, "Whenever you are ready, we are here to address your needs." When it became apparent that I needed a car, Becky was there. Within a few days, I was able to walk away with my new XTS. I bought this car feeling confident that when I bring my car in for service, it will receive the kind of service that will keep my car functioning at a high level of performance and sustainability. I took in my 2013 ATS for its first service--oil change, tire rotation, software update on the CUE, etc. Everyone was extremely polite, I was offered a loaner, which I refused, and the car was finished ahead of schedule.

Bought the car new in September of 2012. ...
Bought the car new in September of 2012. 3700 miles on it when it stranded my family and I two hours away in Ann Arbor. Cadillac roadside assistance was summoned and the service from them was beyond abysmal. Bad enough that a new car stranded me. The problem was compounded by the 2.5 hours required for roadside assistance to deal with a minor problem. Harvey was great on Monday. I left a rather angry message with Jeff Kuhn over the weekend and he responded on Monday morning by having a loaner car ready for me and hooked me up with Brad in service who took care of the problem in a timely manner. I realize that the initial problem and the terrible service from roadside assistance was not caused by Harvey, but Harvey went a long way toward smoothing over a rather difficult situation.
